The Villa
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The principal bedroom features a four-poster king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers another king-size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, with the added benefit of direct access to the terrace.
The spacious open-plan living and dining area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings and ceiling fans, creating a bright and breezy space to relax between days at the beach and evenings out.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, blender, cafetière, kettle and toaster, with everything you need for relaxed meals at home.
Outdoor Living
The large covered terrace is where the villa really comes into its own. Start the morning with coffee in the fresh air, enjoy an alfresco lunch or settle in for evening drinks surrounded by the tropical gardens.
Guests also have access to Greentails’ communal swimming pool and gym, set within beautifully landscaped grounds.

The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the Guest’s departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and provided there are no outstanding charges, damages, missing items or other deductions applicable under the rental agreement.
For stays of 28 nights or more, the payment schedule and security deposit may be subject to separate terms agreed.
